Rescheduling should be done 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time, any modifications made after the 72 hour window requires a new booking deposit.

Cancellations should be done 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time. all cancelled appointments require a new booking deposit.

WHAT IF I ARRIVE LATE?

Skn Esthetics has a 10 minute grace period, if you exceed this time limit we do not charge additional fees but your appointment may be canceled depending on the AVAILABILITY of your skin care professional if your appointment is cancelled due to lateness your deposit will be FORFEITED and you will be required to make a new booking with a new deposit on our site.


WHAT ABOUT depositS?

deposits are required for all appointments and are non-refundable, deposits are applied to your appointment total - the remaining amount is due at the end of your service, Deposits can only be reused once to reschedule any appointment and must be done 72 before your scheduled appointment.
